During my time interning at Rizco, I was provided with ample, fascinating experiences that I will always value.
Over the past two weeks, the activities I focused on required different attributes, ranging from creative to strategic thinking, and the team at Rizco thoroughly covered several aspects of what goes on behind the scenes in marketing. So, what did I work on?
The variety was wide and included brainstorming, content development, printing, social media development, web development, client meetings, and one-on-one training sessions. Being privileged with this amazing opportunity, I’ve come to realize that one of the best ways of learning is through a hands-on experience. Shadowing and participating in real-life scenarios provided clear insight regarding relationship building and brand consistency.
As I continue to expand my knowledge in the world of business, I will remember all that Rizco has taught me. The team has demonstrated what can be accomplished when all different strengths are combined and how to take a leadership role on a daily basis.
“Most importantly, the Rizco team emphasized that I always need to follow my passion. Seeing how affectionate everyone is towards their work is truly inspiring when it comes to finding something that you love to do.”
I am lucky to have gained a strong foundation in this field of business, especially from this amazing company, and I am looking forward to see how my creative campaigns grow!
