Rizco is honored to announce that Debra Rizzi, President and Partner, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce (NJCC).
Officially appointed on April 9, Debra is one of six distinguished leaders chosen to help shape the Chamber’s strategic vision and advance its mission of driving economic growth across the state. Her appointment reflects the Chamber’s commitment to engaging forward-thinking professionals from sectors integral to New Jersey’s continued innovation and prosperity.

In this role, Debra will help inform and shape policy and initiatives across key areas such as economic development, taxation, workforce development, healthcare, transportation, and government reform. With over 25 years of experience in brand and strategic development, and as president of Rizco—a brand-led marketing agency known for its purpose-driven storytelling and design—she brings a creative, forward-thinking lens to the Chamber’s mission, offering valuable insight at the intersection of business strategy, communication, and community impact.
