Rizco, a creative campaign agency, is proud to announce the promotion of Stephanie (Steph) Salerno to art director.
Stephanie joined Rizco in October 2013 as a senior designer and has demonstrated creativity and a hands-on, research-based approach to every project. During her tenure at Rizco, Steph has masterfully designed and launched comprehensive campaigns that embrace brand, print and digital communications across multiple verticals including Certified, New Jersey Asphalt Pavement Association, New World Production Group, and Garden State Cold Storage, and was the lead in the design and launch of Rizco’s own rebranding and website in 2016.
“Since joining Rizco, Steph has brought in and fostered creative talent at all levels,” says Rizco’s Creative Director & Partner, Keith Rizzi. “There has been a rapid change in the digital landscape where interactive, social, and video are driving day-to-day engagement. Steph has played, and will continue to play, a leadership role in evaluating these communication trends; determining what makes sense for the growth of the agency to ensure that both she and the other designers continuously round out their skill sets.”
“We are honored to have Steph as part of the Rizco family and we look forward to seeing how she will evolve the next generation of Rizco designers through her new role.”
Prior to joining Rizco, Steph was a digital graphic designer at Aerosoles. Steph graduated with honors from Drexel University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design. Steph believes in creating with intention and approaches every project with forward-thinking design principles to achieve a long-lasting, positive impact on behalf of each and every client.
