NJ Ad Club Celebrates Golden Anniversary and Honors the Best of the Best

SPRING LAKE HEIGHTS, NJ (June 11, 2018) – Rizco, a creative campaign agency based at the Jersey Shore, was recognized with three top honors at NJ Ad Club’s 50th Anniversary Jersey Awards. This year’s NJ Ad Club awards dinner and ceremony was held on June 6, 2018 at The Grove in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. Over 350 people from across New Jersey came together to honor creative excellence in advertising and marketing across all disciplines throughout the state.

Rizco took home three gold awards across multiple categories:

PUBLIC RELATIONS: FEATURE MEDIA PLACEMENT – Gold
New York Podiatric Medical Association (NYSPMA): Managing Foot Pain

COLLATERAL/ALL PRINTED MATERIAL: MAGAZINE DESIGN – Gold
Drew University Fall Magazine: The Forest is Growing!

IEEE, IEEE Membership Ad

With each Rizco team member having a hand in one or more of the projects, all felt the pride and enjoyment around taking top honors. A buzz was truly in the air as the evening unfolded; watching selfies taken in front of proud pieces on display, poses on the red carpet with awards in hand, the looking back at 50 years, and the excitement of the next 50.

Rizco Partner and Creative Director, Keith Rizzi, stated, “For the 50th anniversary, it was wonderful to see an amazing industry turnout and the quality of work on display. It is safe to say that the design and advertising community in New Jersey is thriving!”

The New Jersey Ad Club is a statewide industry organization that supports the study and industry of advertising, marketing, design, and communications. The organization fosters and strengthens the interests of the advertising business in the State; represents its membership on statewide as well as national issues; provides a cohesive group network for all industry professionals to interact within and promotes professional development. A panel of industry experts judged 550 entries and recognized 289 entries with awards. Awards were presented in numerous categories, including collateral materials, magazine advertising, newspaper advertising, social media, out-of-home, radio advertising, television advertising and public relations. First place, second place, certificates of excellence, and best of show were chosen.
