Rizco, a creative campaign agency based at the Jersey Shore, is pleased to announce the addition of Account Manager Alicia Shepherd to the team.
Shepherd comes to Rizco as an 18-year, seasoned marketing professional with a background in communications strategy and retail sales. Her skill-set spans across brand strategy, communications planning, management, sales, visual merchandising, and customer service.
She launched her career in New York City working at top advertising agencies, Grey Global Group and Starcom Worldwide, making a name for herself within the consumer packaged goods field. She directed numerous campaigns and launched several product extensions for global brands such as Oreo, Planters Peanuts, Dannon Yogurt, Post Cereals, and Febreze.
With a love for the Jersey Shore and her aspiration to work within her local community, Shepherd ventured into retail sales to gain hands-on customer experience close to home. From sales to a management role in less than two years, she quickly educated herself on all aspects of running a business to expand her expertise. In her most recent roles she managed teams for luxury brands at multiple Shore town locations.

A graduate of Lehigh University (Bethlehem, Pennsylvania), Shepherd holds a Bachelor in Science in marketing with a minor in communications from the College of Business and Economics. She resides in Brick, New Jersey, but grew up in Spring Lake – right down the street from Rizco headquarters.
