Rizco welcomes Lauren Brajer as Social Media & Content Strategist.
In this role, which enhances the agency’s digital capabilities, Lauren will be part of the team putting social media marketing plans into action for the agency. From research to being up-to-date on trends, to strategic content creation, to plan execution and analytics, Lauren will help drive further engagement for Rizco’s clients’ social media accounts.
Lauren’s years of expertise are rooted in communication and creativity, being the voice for clients across for-profit and non-profit sectors. As a Certified Public Relations Specialist, this additional skill set supports her ability to push out relevant content and create intrigue and dialogue among audiences.
Rizco Director of Digital + Engagement Strategy, Jen Barker remarked on the agency growing its digital team with Brajer. “Social media strategy has shifted from simply just posting an update to creating content that makes users want to start a conversation. With this change, it is perfect timing to add Lauren’s knowledge, passion, and learning spirit for digital media to Rizco as we look to stay ahead of this trend.”
Lauren is eager to learn and dedicated to growth, both personally and professionally, which aligns with how Rizco thrives on higher learning.
“I am always learning. I think my favorite time of day is searching through my Google alerts to find the newest trends. The world never stops moving or changing, especially in this digital age,” added Brajer.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Coastal Carolina and a Master of Arts in Corporate & Public Communication from Monmouth University. Sustainability, preservation of the arts, and protection of the world’s oceans are incredibly important to her, and she is currently the Vice-Chair of the Jersey Shore Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation. Her involvement with non-profit organizations doesn’t stop there. Lauren has given her time to Food for Thought (board member), Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, and 180 Turning Lives Around, Inc. She resides in Ocean Grove, New Jersey.
