Rizco is pleased to announce two new additions to its team: David LaPorta and Sara Turner.
LaPorta and Turner recently stepped into their design roles, bringing fresh visual and digital experience to the Rizco team.
LaPorta resides in Oceanport and graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Animation. While attending SCAD, he was involved in various extracurricular design endeavors, including being a Student Emmy Crew Member for “The Lumberjack and the Woodpecker” production and a SCAD Digital Drawing Competition winner. Before his work with Rizco, LaPorta was a Marketing Specialist at Reliable Automotive Equipment and a Visual Development Artist at the Studio NYC.
Turner resides in Parlin and graduated from the Robert Busch School of Design Michael Graves College at Kean University in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. While at the university, Turner was a dean’s list recipient from fall 2021 to spring 2023 and completed a design internship with the New York Jets during the spring semester of 2023. She also served as the creative director for The Kean Sports Summit, providing art direction and design for the brand identity and advertising of the first issue through multichannel marketing.
Rizco Creative Director Keith Rizzi comments about the newest additions to the design team, stating, “As our design work evolves, we are dedicated to bringing in new talent to enhance our team’s skills and capabilities. David and Sara are ideal additions to Rizco, showing a strong eagerness to learn and possessing unique industry knowledge that will benefit even our most experienced employees. We are thrilled to welcome them to the team and look forward to the impressive assets they will create for Rizco’s clients.”
The new designers provided sentiments about their new roles, with LaPorta stating, “Joining Rizco is a fantastic opportunity to grow and apply my skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Turner adds, “I am thrilled to join Rizco and be part of this reputable, brand-led marketing agency. I’m honored to have a team with shared values and a passion for design. I am excited to use the skills I’ve learned at Kean University while gaining experience from my colleagues. I can’t wait to help clients achieve their goals alongside my new team.”
