Brand-led Marketing Agency Builds on Momentum with Strategic Growth Hire.

Rizco, a brand-led marketing agency, has appointed John Schieda as Director of Growth. In this capacity, John will oversee initiatives to broaden the agency’s strategic reach, deepen client partnerships, enhance integrated service offerings, and implement scalable systems that drive sustainable growth for both Rizco and the brands it serves.

John brings more than a decade of experience across brand strategy, creative direction, digital marketing, and revenue-driven growth within agency, corporate, real estate, and technology sectors. His ability to align creative vision with business performance reinforces Rizco’s mission of building impactful brands.

Earlier in his career, John advanced from Senior Graphic Designer to Marketing Manager at Urban Conversions, where he led branding and digital initiatives across multiple properties. He also spent several years at Lenox Corporation supporting large-scale brand, retail, and point-of-sale programs. Later, as Marketing Manager at 215 Marketing, he managed a diverse client portfolio, driving ROI, optimizing traffic, and aligning creative with business objectives.

Most recently, John served as Branding & Marketing Director at TagOne, a food traceability technology company, where he led brand strategy, creative direction, digital marketing, web and UI development, customer outreach, and team management. His work elevated the brand while supporting growth through technology-driven storytelling and engagement.

A graduate of Rowan University with a BA in Graphic Design, John brings a strong creative foundation, along with expertise in digital marketing platforms, analytics, CRM systems, and web development. This blend allows him to effectively support Rizco’s 6-step proven process—helping clients achieve clarity and produce measurable results.

Originally from Queens, NY, John now resides in Robbinsville, NJ, with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, photography and design, music, stand-up comedy, and trying out local breweries.
