Expanding Brand-Led Design Expertise to Drive Client Growth

Rizco is excited to announce the addition of Designer Allison Bratsch to its team. With a versatile creative skill set spanning print, digital, and web formats, Allison brings a strong passion for impactful storytelling and thoughtful design to Rizco’s brand-led solutions.
Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Montclair State University. In her previous position, she served as Creative Designer for the NJ Ad Club, a leading professional development and networking organization for the state’s marketing, advertising, and creative community. Rizco is both a member and an active contributor to the organization, most recently supporting strategic development efforts for their 58th Jersey Awards.
Her experience includes leading the development and evolution of brand identities, visual systems, and design guidelines for both B2B and B2C clients across healthcare, nonprofit, SaaS, technology, real estate, and CPG industries. Allison’s work reflects a consistent ability to create cohesive, strategic design assets optimized for engagement and performance.
At Rizco, Allison will collaborate closely with the design, content, and strategy teams to deliver thoughtful, consistent, and detail-oriented creative solutions. Her role will support the agency’s commitment to strengthening client brands through purposeful, design-driven storytelling.
Rizco Partner and Creative Director, Keith Rizzi, commented, “From our first conversations with Allison, it was clear that she brings not only strong creative instincts but also a highly collaborative mindset that aligns deeply with our team and core values. Her proficiency in brand-led design and commitment to supporting intentional growth make her an exciting addition to Rizco. We’re thrilled to welcome Allison to the team and look forward to her contributions to our clients and agency.”
Originally from Springfield, New Jersey, Allison values spending time outdoors and connecting with nature. She enjoys sunsets, walks with her dog Brandy, and wildlife photography, an interest that further fuels her creative perspective.
“Rizco is an agency whose work has inspired me since the early stages of my career,” Allison shared. “The way Rizco takes the time to define clear goals and use strategy to uncover brand-led solutions is an approach that naturally aligns with how I think and work as a creative.”
In addition to her design experience, Allison spent nearly a decade coaching gymnastics and all-star cheerleading. This experience helped shape her strong work ethic, discipline, and team-oriented mindset, qualities that translate directly into her collaborative approach and commitment to excellence. She is also an alumna of County College of Morris (CCM), where she remains actively involved through guest-speaking appearances in career development courses.
Allison’s addition further strengthens Rizco’s ability to deliver purposeful growth and impactful brand experiences through high-quality, compelling design.
