Rizco, A Creative Campaign Agency, congratulates Debra Rizzi, President, and Partner, as she was honored last night as one of this year’s 2020 NJBIZ Best 50 Women in Business. NJBIZ, New Jersey’s leading business journal, recognized the exceptional female business leaders that are shaping the cultural and economic future of New Jersey virtually on Monday, September 21st, with a heartfelt and personalized presentation that was sponsored by Withum and Wells Fargo.

Deb’s extensive background stems from her education at Bucknell University, and previous roles with corporate Lord & Taylor and Porter Novelli, which inspired her to launch Rizco, with her husband Keith, 20 years ago. Beyond her role at Rizco, she is the Partner and VP of Marketing for Plum Practicewear, a leading gymnastics athletic wear company, and a dedicated wife and mother of three children Amelia, Marley, and Monroe. In addition, she serves as a USA Gymnastics Level 10 Judge, board member and Vice-Chair of the Monmouth-Ocean Development Council Marketing Committee, member of the Community Associations Institute-New Jersey Chapter Membership Committee, member of the Wall Business and Finance Academy Advisory Board, member of the Wall Crimson Knights Foundation, member of the Communications High School Advisory Board, and member of the Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce.

Rizzi commented, “I am honored to receive this award from NJBIZ. I love being a marketer, it allows me to tell other people’s stories, grow businesses, and make an impact on worthy causes. This award is a benchmark that I am on the right track and am inspired to do so much more. I am thankful to my Rizco and Plum Practicewear families, my parents, three daughters, and my husband, Keith, who is my partner in life and in business. You are all my glue!”

Always inspiring her Rizco team, Deb reinforces education and nurturing a positive can-do mentality. She is committed to providing quality, transparency, and accountability to her clients and the marketing campaigns that she is entrusted with. She holds her staff and herself to the highest standards under her motto, “Work Hard. Play Hard. Be the Difference.”

“The individuals recognized in NJBIZ Best 50 Women in Business program aren’t just operating in the Garden State’s enterprise environment—they’re leading it, as decision-makers, trendsetters, and forward thinkers,” said Ken Kiczales, publisher of NJBIZ. “This is our 15th year honoring outstanding women in business, and we’re committed to highlighting the amazing contributions these leaders make to our communities and the state of New Jersey. Congratulations to all of our winners!”

At Rizco, we are grateful to have Deb as a daily inspiration, mentor, and friend, and we congratulate her achievement.
