Celebrating a career of leadership, creativity, and lasting impact in New Jersey’s marketing industry.
2025 Advertising Hall of Fame of New Jersey Inductees from Left to Right: Rich Faul, Debra Rizzi, Robin Landa, Tamara Robb, and George Jackus.
Rizco is proud to announce that President and Partner, Debra Rizzi, has been inducted into the NJ Ad Club 2025 Advertising Hall of Fame of New Jersey on November 4. This distinguished honor recognizes Debra’s exceptional contributions to branding, marketing, and professional communications.
Established over 40 years ago, the Advertising Hall of Fame of New Jersey honors professionals whose work exemplifies creativity, dedication, and excellence across media, advertising, market research, public relations, and marketing disciplines. Each year, the NJ Ad Club highlights the achievements of individuals who have helped shape the state’s dynamic communications landscape, while inspiring future generations.
Joining Rizzi in the 2025 class of inductees are:
- Rich Faul, Innovare Medical Media
- George Jackus, Baldwin & Obenauf, Inc.
- Robin Landa, Kean University
- Tamara Robb, Robb Digital
Reflecting on her induction, Debra shared, “This honor isn’t about an award; it’s about the moments, opportunities, connections, and love that have shaped my journey. Each of my family members, friends, and colleagues is part of that story—showing up, cheering me on, collaborating, believing, and sharing life with me through every chapter.”
A constant champion of Rizco’s core values, Debra has successfully led the agency for 25 years alongside her husband, Keith Rizzi, Partner and Creative Director. Under her leadership, Rizco has grown from a two-person startup into a nationally recognized, brand-led marketing agency serving clients across healthcare, education, finance, and nonprofit sectors. Debra combines strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and innovative execution to deliver measurable results, while fostering a workplace culture that empowers women and nurtures emerging talent—70% of Rizco’s staff identify as women, with nearly half remaining with the company for over a decade.
Beyond driving business success, Debra has spearheaded mentoring programs, sustainability initiatives, and nonprofit partnerships that strengthen communities, support youth, and cultivate the next generation of creative professionals—qualities exemplified during the evening’s celebration of leadership, innovation, and community in New Jersey’s marketing industry.
Presenting Debra’s award, Edward Burns, Senior Vice President at Wainscot Media, remarked in his induction speech, “Debra is a remarkable person, a force both within the industry and beyond…she has built a thriving agency, fostered talent, and contributed meaningfully to her community. Her leadership and impact make her a truly deserving Hall of Fame inductee.”
