Rizco is proud to announce the promotion of Michelle Mazur to Vice President of Operations.
Michelle joined Rizco in 2011 as a project manager and has spent the past eight years re-inventing her role with the growth of the business. Michelle has been a part of the leadership team since her promotion to Director of Operations in 2014 and will continue to evolve the Rizco brand and lead its business and clients into the future in her new position.
Rizco President and Partner, Debra Rizzi remarked on the promotion, “Michelle has been the communications conduit through which each project’s goals and responsibilities are channeled from the client throughout the agency, the “glue” as we call it.
She is motivated, invested, leads by example, and is an all-around champion for Rizco and our team. As Rizco recently added a digital division and approaches a 20-year milestone this coming February, Michelle will play an integral role in inspiring the next generation of leadership, as well as taking on analytic responsibilities that will drive the business to the next level.”
While most may recognize Michelle for her client work, she leads the charge on Rizco’s non-profit and student-focused programs at Rizco. Her involvement ranges from being point-person for Rizco’s Grant Program to fostering the Rizco High School Internship Program to sitting on Monmouth-Ocean Development Council‘s Education Foundation Committee to judging the Printing Impressions Gold Ink and Neographics Printing Awards annually.
“I am honored that Rizco has promoted me to Vice President of Operations. I am lucky to be able to work with an amazing team and clients each and every day,” Mazur expressed.
Michelle’s promotion is effective immediately, and while there will be a reallocation of roles and responsibilities over the next few months, she will continue her valuable connection with Rizco’s client base.
Michelle came to Rizco from Vision Creative Group and graduated from Caldwell University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She currently resides in Toms River with her husband, Rob, and daughter, Lily.
